By submitting a channel, paying for a Creator Pass, or participating in the Profitable Creator Challenge, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer.
The challenge is open to genuine creators at any subscriber level, including Shorts-first, long-form, mixed, faceless, and personal-brand channels. Channels must be public, safe, authentic, original, and suitable for review. Subscriber count and historical channel size do not determine eligibility or winners.
One Creator Pass covers one YouTube channel. The first 100 creators are offered the pass at ₹99. The price may increase to ₹199 after the first 100 creators and may change for future cohorts.
Payment does not guarantee verification, approval, a place on the Creator Board, selection, a reward, growth, monetization, revenue, views, or subscribers.
You must provide an accurate channel URL, name, email address, and phone or WhatsApp number. We save those details before sending you to Razorpay. Public channel data and eligibility are reviewed later by the team. Incorrect, incomplete, duplicate, or misleading information may delay or prevent review.
After payment, you must add the unique claim code to your public YouTube About description. Our team checks the code manually to confirm ownership or management of the channel. Remove it only after the team confirms the check.
Claim-code verification only proves ownership. The Profitable Creator team separately reviews authenticity, originality, safety, course fit, and challenge eligibility. A verified channel can still be approved, rejected, held for more information, or excluded from public display.
An approved channel receives three complete official challenge months and can be considered in three consecutive monthly review rounds. Approval completed on or before the 15th of a month may make that calendar month Month 1.
When approval is completed after the 15th, the channel enters an Early Access Period immediately and official Month 1 begins on the 1st of the following month. Public stats and uploads may appear during Early Access, but the official baseline, trophies, and prize review begin with Month 1. Early Access therefore does not use one of the three monthly opportunities.
Selections are made through human editorial review of originality, content quality, branding, consistency, improvement, storytelling, audience value, execution, and creator effort. Subscriber count, total views, and historical channel size do not add points or decide winners.
Approved channels may appear on the Creator Board with public YouTube information such as channel name, handle, profile image, formats, videos, subscribers, views, and activity. Board order is not a ranking and does not determine rewards.
Reward products, subscriptions, services, quantities, brands, and estimated values may vary by month depending on availability, sponsorship, fulfilment, geography, and operational constraints. A displayed reward is not guaranteed until a winner is confirmed and contacted.
If an application is rejected after review, the eligible Creator Pass payment will be refunded according to the Refund Policy. Duplicate payments and verified technical payment errors are also reviewed for refund. Winning nothing during the three-month period is not itself a refund reason.
We may use the submitted email, phone or WhatsApp number, and optional Telegram handle for verification, payment assistance, review updates, reward communication, and challenge support. Personal contact details are not displayed publicly.
We may suspend or remove a channel for fraud, unsafe conduct, rule violations, false information, ownership disputes, manipulation, or conduct that harms creators or the challenge. Fraud or rule-based disqualification may make a payment ineligible for refund.
The Profitable Creator Challenge is operated independently by Profitable Creator. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google. Course participation and challenge participation do not guarantee any commercial or channel result.
We may update these terms when the challenge, rewards, payment flow, or legal requirements change. Material changes apply prospectively where practical. Questions can be sent to support@profitablecreator.in.
