We collect the YouTube channel URL, your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, optional Telegram handle, consent choices, support messages, and any screenshots or details you voluntarily send.
We process the claim code, ownership-verification status, channel description, eligibility result, approval status, rejection reason, review notes, three-month participation status, and reward history needed to operate the challenge.
We may collect public channel details including channel name, handle, profile image, description, niche, public videos, upload dates, formats, subscribers, views, video counts, thumbnails, and publicly visible engagement signals.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We may receive transaction identifiers, amount, currency, payment status, payment-link reference, timestamps, and refund status. We do not ask for or store your full card number, UPI PIN, CVV, OTP, or online-banking password.
For approved channels, the website may display public YouTube information, content format, activity, challenge status, award category, and winner status. Your personal email, phone or WhatsApp number, Telegram handle, payment details, and internal review notes are not intended for public display.
We may use service providers for hosting, analytics, public YouTube data collection, communications, fraud prevention, and payments. This may include Razorpay and public-data automation providers such as Apify. Providers process information under their own terms and security practices.
Public YouTube data may be delayed, incomplete, hidden, or changed by YouTube. Automated refreshes can fail. We use public data as operational context and rely on human review for final challenge decisions.
We retain submission, verification, payment, refund, review, fraud-prevention, and winner records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the challenge, meet accounting or legal obligations, resolve disputes, and preserve an accurate winner history.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Never send passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, card security codes, or private channel access to anyone claiming to represent the challenge.
You may ask us to correct personal details, update a channel URL, explain public information, or remove information where legally and operationally possible. Some records may be retained for payments, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or completed winner history.
You should submit only a channel that you own or are authorised to manage. If you are not legally able to accept these policies on your own, use the challenge only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
We may update this policy when our data practices, vendors, payment flow, or legal requirements change. The latest version and update date will remain available on this page.
For privacy questions or requests, email support@profitablecreator.in and include the channel URL and submission email needed to identify the record.
